Building Environmental Assessment
BRANZ has developed a Plan for development of a qhole building, whole of life assessment framework for New Zealand, in order to provide a level playing field for assessment of the environmental performance of buildings (wtih an initial focus on offices).
The Plan is based on BRANZ research initiated in 2010 and industry feedback received during a consultation towards the end of 2012. Click here for the full report.
