    Membership Application and Subscription Invoice

    Note: the subscription year is 1st June to 31st May.
    * To encourage new members to join at any time through the year, the committee has instituted a proportional subscription schedule: June/July 12/12 (full fee), August x10/12, September x9/12, October x8/12, November x7/12, December x6/12, January x5/12. Applications received after 1st February will pay full fee and carry through to the 31st May of the following year.

    Payment Details

    • Online Banking
      Payment by direct credit to Westpac account
      Please ensure your name / company name and invoice number is entered in the coding of the bank payment.

    • Credit Card
      Link to a payment screen is provided in the invoice.

    Invoices must be paid on or before the 20th of the month following invoice date. If unpaid by the fourth month following this date membership services may be withdrawn. Please contact the Membership convener if you have difficulties meeting this requirement.
    Receipts will be emailed to the address nominated.

    Members are expected to abide by the LCANZ Code of Conduct.

    ** For Corporate membership this applies to four individuals in the organisation to receive member benefits. When attending association meetings or events alternative individuals may be nominated in their place.
