AI in LCA: Insights from the LCANZ Workshop

In our recent workshop conducted in February 2026, André Mazzetto (AgResearch), Kelly Taylor (EPD Australasia), Barry Lynch (NEZO), and Andy Hill (Planet Price) sat down with Ray Mohan and Jackson MacFarlane from the LCANZ Best Practice Working Group to discuss the growing role of AI in life cycle thinking. The speakers share where they’re seeing real benefits, as well as where concerns are emerging around transparency, data quality, and how easy it is to lose sight of assumptions when tools take on more of the work.
