LCANZ Survey: State of LCA Practice in New Zealand 2026

Kia ora,

We are conducting a short survey to better understand the current state of life cycle assessment (LCA) practice in New Zealand.

The survey explores:
• LCA software and tools currently in use
• Data and database requirements
• Challenges and capability gaps
• Emerging needs and opportunities for the New Zealand LCA community

The results will help LCANZ identify priorities for future activities, including professional development, knowledge sharing, advocacy, and support for practitioners.

The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

We welcome responses from all members, regardless of your level of experience with LCA. Your responses will be treated confidentially and reported only in aggregated form.
