7th Australian Conference on Life Cycle Assessment – Call for Papers
We now live in a world where an environmental strategy is no longer an optional extra, but an essential element of business practice. But how do we choose strategies that are robust and will survive the scrutiny of an increasingly knowledgeable and sceptical marketplace?
This Conference will bring together world leaders in the area of sustainability science and life cycle assessment. Meet the people who have been instrumental in advising large retailers in the US and UK, thereby actively pushing the boundaries of what sustainability strategies will look like in the future. In addition to this, the conference will bring together an expanded group of LCA practitioners from around Australia working in specific sectors such as agriculture, food, building, water and consumer products.
We are inviting people to submit abstracts for consideration at the conference, especially on the following topics:
- Application of LCA in business strategies
- Supply Chain Management
- LCA case studies
- Life Cycle Impact Assessment methods
- Carbon footprinting
